Heather McCain brings a unique, full-spectrum perspective to instructional improvement—grounded in real classroom experience and expanded through leadership at every level of the system.

With over two decades in education, Heather is a National Board Certified Teacher who has served as a classroom teacher, school administrator, instructional coach, and district-level academic specialist supporting all content areas. Her work focuses on strengthening instruction, aligning systems, and supporting educators and school leaders in implementing practices that drive meaningful student outcomes.

Heather understands the realities educators and school leaders face because she has lived them. She partners with schools and districts to bridge the gap between vision and implementation—providing clear, actionable support that builds teacher confidence, leadership clarity, and sustainable systems of success.
